Hull FC announce Goldthorpe Property Group as main sponsor for next season

Hull FC have teamed up with property & development firm, Goldthorpe Property Group, who will appear on next season’s shirts as the club’s main sponsor.

The Goldthorpe Property Group, founded in 2013 by the company’s Managing Director Peter Goldthorpe, aim to provide a bespoke management service in the property industry for their clients throughout the UK and worldwide.

Last year they also launched their sister company, Goldthorpe Property Maintenance, providing furnishings and maintenance for their clients’ investments, as well as local people in Hull.

The Goldthorpe Property Group have been associated with the club over the last few years, sponsoring elements of the club’s match day experience as well as the club’s Elite Performance Centre training ground.

They will now further expand their partnership with the club in a six-figure multi-year partnership that becomes the club’s second biggest commercial partnership of the Super League era.

Managing Director of Goldthorpe Property, Peter Goldthorpe, said: “We are delighted to be in partnership with Hull FC. We hope this is the start of something great and a good season.

“It’s great that we are associated with the club, who are the reigning holders of the Challenge Cup, and we’re very proud to be the club’s main shirt sponsor. We are offering all Hull FC season pass holders discounts throughout the year so keep an eye on our social media pages!”

Hull FC Executive Director, James Clark, added: “We’re proud to welcome a fast-growing, ambitious and nationally recognised company on board as our main club partner, that still has strong local roots in the city.

“Peter and the team have been around the club for a couple of years and this was the natural progression for their partnership with Hull FC – particularly as passionate fans of rugby league.

“They understand the values and ethos of the club and what we want to achieve over the coming years and their support for at least the next three seasons allows them to play a big part in that.”

“We’re working hard to improve and develop our commercial strategy and we’re really pleased to see the foundations of some strong relationships taking shape, both new and old, on which we can make significant progress.”
