Leeds Rhinos and Australian based sports manufacturer ISC have announced a new ten-year partnership that will see the sports specialist control the full delivery of the Rhinos merchandise process from design to manufacturing and through to sales both in store at Emerald Headingley Stadium and online via a new web store.
ISC have provided kit and apparel for Leeds Rhinos for past decade. Leeds Rhinos launched their new look home kit for 2018, which has proved extremely popular with supporters. Fans will begin to notice some changes across the retail operation over the coming months including the launch of the new look online store at the weekend.
Leeds Rhinos Commercial Director, Rob Oates, said: “As a club we like to build long standing relationships with all our partners and sponsors. Our partnership with ISC has developed over many years, with ISC working with us to develop their ranges to suit the players and fans.
“The next step for us was to work closely with them to develop our retail operation make it a better experience for our fans. Online sales are now such a huge partner of the business and our new partnership will make the fulfilment process even smoother with items sent direct to supporters from the supplier.”
Leeds Rhinos Head of Customer Experience, Sian Jones, added: “We would welcome any feedback supporters have on the new site and always strive to offer fans the best possible experience whether that is coming to a game, visiting the club store or using our online services.”
