Glasgow Warriors extend deal with Denholm Oilfield Services

Denholm Oilfield Services has underlined its commitment to sport by renewing its sponsorship of Glasgow Warriors. The company has been a kit sponsor of Glasgow Warriors since 2014 and has now renewed its support for a further two years.

The move will maintain the company’s prominent visibility on the Warriors’ home and alternate kit until at least May 2020.

Denholm Oilfield Services employs over 4,000 people and the companies within the division have a combined turnover in excess of £170 million. The organisation serves the oil and gas industry in key global locations including the UK, Caspian, Middle East and USA offering specialist electrical and instrumentation, valve management fabrication and freight forwarding operations.

Denholm Oilfield Services’ CEO, Michael Beveridge, said: “Our association with Glasgow Warriors is something we are very proud of, and keen to continue through this deal.

“The sponsorship has provided us with an invaluable opportunity to align ourselves with a brand that has similar ethics in terms of teamwork, fairness and involvement in the community.

“Our headquarters is in Glasgow so it is a natural fit to support sporting endeavours based in the city and we are delighted to play a part in the ongoing success of the team. We wish them well for the rest of the season.

Glasgow Warriors Managing Director, Nathan Bombrys, said: “We’re pleased that Denholm Oilfield Services has chosen to renew their sponsorship with Glasgow Warriors for another two years.

“They’ve been a great supporter of the club for the last four years and this renewal will take their association with the club up to six years.

“As part of their sponsorship, Denholm also support a number of initiatives in the local community, which we’re able to support through this partnership.”
