Doncaster Knights have announced that Welch Design will continue their commercial partnership with the Knights into 2021.

Chartered Landscape Architects Welch Designs have been long-term supporters of Doncaster RFC and 2021 marks their 25th year in business. To celebrate, owner Steve Welch and his team are celebrating giving away twenty-five trees to twenty-five worthy causes; schools, hospitals, hospices etc.

Welch Design offer a full range of services including landscape planning & design, project management, landscape maintenance and tree surveying. With a history of designing exquisite, creative spaces it is fitting that Welch Design are player sponsor of the Knights fly-half and play-maker Sam Olver.

As a former Doncaster RFC player himself Steve says he is delighted to continue his connection with the Club. ‘’I have spent many years at the club, firstly playing in the mini junior section with my good friend David White some 46 years ago, then senior rugby and down here with my children, returning to the minis as a coach.

“I like the way the club has developed under Steve Lloyd and Tony De Mulder and how it is a real community club for all levels.  Along with the many other sponsors, a great deal of pride is gained helping to support the club.”
