Wakefield Trinity has announced that long standing partners and close friends of the club, Hanson Plywood Limited, have committed to partner with Wakefield Trinity until 2027.
The Halifax based firm, who specialise in the import and distribution of wood based panel products, have been a recognisable brand at the Club for many years and fans can have the reassurance that sponsors are committing their long term support to Trinity in these uncertain times. Hanson Plywood will continue to sponsor the first team socks and from 2022 will feature on all of our official Hummel off field clothing worn by first team players, coaching staff and fans alike. They are also proud sponsors of Club Captain Jacob Miller.
Gary Scott, Managing Director at Hanson Plywood, said: “As keen rugby league fans and long standing supporters of Trinity, it is our pleasure to extend the partnership we have with the club through to 2027.
“Michael and his dedicated team continue in their admirable resolve to ensure the club can finally achieve their goal of a worthy community stadium and assured Super League status.
“We look forward to working with the club over the coming years which will hopefully form one of the most historic and memorable periods in the clubs history.”
Verity Thomas, Commercial Manager at Trinity, added: “Gary, Jack, Tom and the whole Hanson Plywood team have been a fantastic support to the club over the years and to have them sign such a long term deal, really shows the confidence that they have in us. We can’t thank them enough for their on going support, especially in what has been such a challenging year for everyone.”
